🛡️ Fighting Cancer Without Chemo or Radiation: My Holistic Plan for Healing
🌿 “You can’t poison your way to health.”
That simple truth is what led me to step away from chemo and radiation—and instead walk toward a path of natural healing. In this post, I’ll share what I’m doing each day, why I’m doing it, and how it’s working for me.
💡 Why I Chose a Natural Approach
Most articles about fighting cancer without chemo or radiation talk about supplements or miracle cures—but almost none talk about the root cause of disease. From everything I’ve studied, the root is usually a pH imbalance. If your body is too acidic, your cells struggle to thrive—and that sets the stage for disease.
I’ve seen it firsthand through darkfield microscopy: acidic blood looks sticky, clumpy, and sluggish. Balanced pH = healthy cells. Period.
If you’ve ever owned a fish tank or a swimming pool, you know how quickly things go bad when the water’s out of balance. You don’t throw antibiotics in the tank—you clean and rebalance it. Our bodies are no different. I want to tell you that I do recommend some products on this site that are affiliate links, and if you purchase any of them, I may or may not receive a small commission. But, always, no additional cost to you.
🌿 What I’m Doing Instead of Chemo
Because my cancer is in the blood and bone marrow, I’m focusing my efforts there. My daily plan isn’t difficult—and it gives me hope. I’m sharing it in case you’re searching for a place to begin your own journey.
☀️ Morning Routine: Vitamins, Protease, and Hydrogen Therapy
Right after waking up, I begin with my “ABC’s”:
-
🧡 Vitamin A – Boosts immune system and supports bone/teeth health
-
💛 Vitamin B Complex – Supports energy, brain function, and cell health
-
🩷 Vitamin B12 (extra) – Critical for red blood cell production and DNA
-
🍊 Vitamin C – Repairs tissues and protects from oxidative stress
-
🌞 Vitamin D – Regulates cell growth and strengthens bones
-
🟣 Vitamin E – Antioxidant that fights free radicals
-
💚 Vitamin K – Helps blood clot and supports bone proteins
🔬 Hydrogen Therapy (Brown’s Gas)
I breathe a hydrogen-oxygen mix for 1–2 hours. This floods my body with oxygen. Afterward, I drink the hydrogen-infused water that the machine produces. It’s a simple, passive therapy I can do while reading or writing. ✍️

Hydrogen machines are expensive and inhalation is the best way to go – but you can get hydrogen tablets that you just drop in a glass of water to infuse the hydrogen molecules. Then drink it just like you would a regular glass of water.
🕛 Midday Routine: Minerals, Bicarbonates & Iodine
At lunchtime, I shift focus to minerals and alkalizing:
-
🧂 Selenium – Immune support, metabolism boost, cancer prevention
-
🧄 Sulfur – Supports detox, cell repair, and DNA protection
-
🌿 Cordyceps Mushrooms – Inhibits growth of some cancer cells
-
💧 Iodine – Crucial for thyroid health and metabolic function
-
🧪 Magnesium Bicarbonate – Restores electrolyte balance
-
🧂 Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) – Balances pH and reduces acid
I use a dropper for iodine (it tastes awful) and put it in a capsule. This part of my routine only takes a couple of minutes. I also take 1 capsule of Potassium bicarbonate.
🌅 Late Afternoon: More Oxygen & Superfoods
In the late afternoon, I do another hydrogen breathing session and drink more hydrogen-infused water. Then:
-
💉 Extra B12
-
🍃 Handful of Spirulina/Chlorella tablets – Rich in chlorophyll and vital for red blood cell production – I buy large quantities of these because I take a lot.
These superfoods are especially helpful since I’m extremely low in red blood cells.
“You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick!”
🌙 Bedtime: One Last Step
Before bed, I drink a glass of water with Sodium Bicarbonate to continue balancing my pH overnight. Then I rest—grateful that I’ve taken care of my body that day.
🔄 The Plan: 3 Months and a Blood Test
This is my current daily regimen, and I plan to stick with it for 3 months. Then I’ll go back to my family doctor and request a full blood panel to track progress.
So far? I feel more energy, less fatigue, and a sense of control that I never felt when doctors simply said, “There’s nothing we can do.” They tell me that there is no cure for MDS or Multiple Myeloma anyway, so I really don’t have anything to lose. Only better health to gain~
⚖️ Why I Started Here
Yes, there are more supplements I’ll add later (Ivermectin, Sulforaphane, Turmeric). But without pH balance, they’re unlikely to work. I want to heal the foundation first. Then I’ll build.
💬 Final Thought: You Get to Choose
I’m not a doctor and I’m not giving medical advice. I’m just sharing what I’m doing and why I believe it’s working for me. I’m fighting cancer without chemo or radiation.
