Steer clear of scavenger foods that take more than they give. They rob your body of nutrients and leave inflammation behind.  One of the worst is pork.  Swine have no sweat glands, so all the toxins end up in their fat.  I know that bacon is so good and we all love it – but it doesn’t love us!

Let’s Not Forget the Obvious

Smoking, excessive drinking, and recreational drugs? We all know they’re harmful. But sometimes it’s good to hear it again: your body is a gift, and what you put into it shows up in how you feel every single day. Respecting your body’s design is a huge part of long-term health.  Always do your research and study natural ways to support daily energy.  

A Simple Nightly Habit

One of the easiest things you can do? Try a teaspoon of baking soda in water before bed. It may help neutralize excess acidity and support pH balance. This simple, old-school remedy has been used for generations.  It helps me avoid acid reflux as well.  But as always—check with your healthcare provider first.
