Homes for Sale in Bethpage TN are varied from affordable small country homes to luxury ‘get-away-from-it-all’ homes to farms.  I personally live in Bethpage and never get tired of looking at the gorgeous Tennessee hills.  Every season is beautiful!

WHAT COUNTY IS BETHPAGE TN IN?  Bethpage is located in both Sumner and Trousdale counties of Middle Tennessee.  With a small population of 350, it’s a great place to find a country home if you want a large parcel of land or just a few acres.  There is an elementary school, but higher grades attend school in nearby Westmoreland.  Click here for more information about Sumner County schools.  You’ll also need this important information.

Don’t expect a big city when you visit Bethpage.  It’s small but within minutes of shopping, hospitals, etc.

Looking for a home with a great view of the Tennessee hills?  You’ll find it here in Bethpage.  There is a convenience store, post office, and an elementary school in Bethpage.  For shopping, Westmoreland is nearby with restaurants, grocery stores, a medical clinic, and more.  Bethpage is conveniently located within a 20 to 30-minute drive of Gallatin, Lebanon, Lafayette, Portland, Hartsville, and Westmoreland Tennessee.  Weather in Bethpage varies but usually mild winters.   The coldest weather is in January/February, which can drop down into the teens.  Very little snowfall.

You can easily drive from Bethpage TN to Nashville TN in an hour.  Drive time from Bethpage TN to Gallatin TN is about 20-30 minutes depending on your starting location.

There are currently 10 residential lots available in Bethpage.  The median list price is $199,900.  Most of these are 5-acre lots in a newly developing area.

During the first three quarters of 2022, sold parcels have a median of 5.05 acres with a median sales price of $97,500.  Most residential lots have light restrictions.

During 2021, land sales were good.  These figures are for parcels containing 5 acres or more.  All prices shown are median.  There were 37 parcels sold, with a price per acre of $14,990.68.  The lot size was 6.63 acres with a sales price of $114,600.

There are currently 11 homes for sale in Bethpage, with a median list price of $575,000.  Median acreage for these homes is 9.61 acres.  During the first three quarters of 2022, 31 homes with over 5 acres were sold at a median price of $485,000.  The median acreage for these homes was 6.03 acres.

In 2021, there were 54 homes sold with a median lot size of 8.55 acres.  With a median sales price of $392,500 and only 6 days on the market, it’s hard to find a small farm in Bethpage.  You will have to have an agent that will keep a close watch on the market and you must have all your financials in order and be ready to buy!
