Accent Properties is an Exclusive Buyer Agency. We do not accept listings but work solely on behalf of home buyers. We do not have any involvement with any rental property or tenants. We assist buyers in the purchase of residential property only.

We are members of the Sumner Association of Realtors and participate in the MLS (Multiple Listing System), and work by appointment only.

We do not use dual agency, sub-agency, or transaction brokerage. We represent all clients as a limited buyer’s agent. We do not maintain an earnest money escrow account. We have no affiliate relationships with 3^rd party vendors or any settlement services.

Pam Rumley is the broker/sole owner of Accent Properties and works from a home office. There are no affiliate brokers or agents at this company.
